The one bright spot was the reception team. They were consistently kind and did try to help whenever I asked. The breakfast was okay, though the only coffee was instant. I stayed for 14 nights, and the poor cleaning became hard to ignore. During those two weeks, surfaces were almost never cleaned, the floor got only a light pass, and nobody cleaned beneath the tables or bed. There was a lot of mold in the shower stall. I also got rotavirus at the hotel and spent a week in bed. The mattress is a bad choice if you have back problems, it could ruin your trip. The hotel is also at the top of a high hill, so climbing back up each time gets burdensome when you're trying to relax. I found it very overpriced. For me, paying more for a better hotel would be worth it.

The room was clean and pleasant, with a nice view from the balcony, and fresh towels were brought every day. We had breakfast and dinner on the balcony, which had a really lovely view. The breakfast was good value, with salads, scrambled or boiled eggs, croissants, coffee, tea and more. A few times there was cake for dessert, and it was especially good. There's also a lounge beside the restaurant where we watched a few football matches.

The area is quite nice, and we felt at home at hotel Wgrand. They accommodated our dietary restrictions and made sure we were happy with the food. Svetlana was especially kind and even packed breakfast for us because we had to leave early. The hotel was spotless, and the service was amazing from arrival right through to departure. I'd definitely recommend it.

The staff made this stay for us. Everyone we met gave us great service, and on our last day we had a long, lovely chat with the general manager and her colleague. They were both warm and welcoming people. The hotel itself is modest but comfortable, with a lovely rooftop terrace that's a great place for breakfast. It's also well placed, about a 5-6 minute walk from two beautiful beaches. We just got back from Petrovac, and when we return to Montenegro, we'll definitely stop here again. Thank you!

The spacious rooftop terrace where meals are served was a real highlight. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the cozy rooms had comfortable beds and were very clean. The hotel is small, which I see as a plus. Food was somewhat repetitive, but there was enough to fill up. It's in the charming village of Petrovac, within walking distance of the whole town.
