The host was attentive and tried to sort out anything we reported. The location works well for a beach stay, with a very short walk along a concrete path to the seafront. Road noise made it impossible to sleep with the windows open, though closing them and using the air conditioning helped block it out. A few small things could be fixed easily: the microwave plug was taped shut, so we had to move the microwave to reach an outlet, and its cord was short. There were only two kitchen outlets.

The pool was pleasant, though it's shared rather than private as some websites suggest, and feels small for the number of apartments. The beach is at most a five-minute walk, and a small grocery shop with everything we needed is within three minutes. We stayed in apartment 8, which was nicely decorated and mostly clean, apart from a few cobwebs. Ants kept appearing in the kitchen, and at certain times of day there was a sewage smell from the bathrooms that really needs urgent attention. It would also be handy to have basics like sugar. We had a nice stay, and a few little improvements could make it very good.

Friendly, helpful owners who gave us space, plus tasteful, simple decor and all the modern comforts. This is shaping up to be one of our best holidays ever. The hotel is perfection.
