Guesthouse Villa ACD

The dinners were tasty and the portions were generous, so you definitely won't leave hungry. Breakfast was more repetitive, with things like pizza, omelets, sausages, pita with cheese, fried eggs, and cereal, and there weren't many vegetables in the morning. We spent nine days here as a family, and the location worked really well. There are three lovely beaches nearby, and it's easy to get to Queen's Beach and Sveti Stefan too. Everyone on staff was welcoming, and the atmosphere felt homey. Special thanks to the waiter who gave my daughter a Bueno bar near the end of our stay. She was so happy. Our room was small but clean and had everything we needed. I was pleasantly surprised to find an iron and ironing board, and the towels were changed often. I'd recommend the hotel, there were far more positives than negatives. Thanks to the staff for the good service and warm atmosphere. Wishing the hotel success and growth!

The young owners are so pleasant and kind, and the service gets a 10/10 from me. The food was great too. I'd recommend it, and hope to see you again! 🙂

The hotel and rooms are great, and the location is handy, close to the sea with a shop nearby. The old air conditioner in our room didn't work properly, and the TV had no signal, though we didn't need it. Breakfast was the biggest letdown. In my opinion, it was the worst I've ever had. The boiled eggs weren't peeled, fried eggs came with just a slice of tomato, and the sausages in foil weren't even taken out. There was also pita with cheese, burnt sausages in dough, and croutons with a little feta. None of it made for a balanced meal, with proper protein, vegetables, or fiber missing. It felt like someone had followed a checklist of breakfast foods without thinking about the people eating it. Dinner was more or less okay, though some dishes were too salty. I know it's a three-star hotel, but there's room to improve. You can serve tasty food on the same budget if you put some care into it.

The main drawback is parking. The villa has no parking of its own, and there aren't spaces nearby. There's a large lot that costs 8 euros for 24 hours. Everything else was great: the staff were friendly, and the chef deserves praise for the excellent, tasty food. The rooms were clean and towels were changed daily. The beach is about 100 meters away, with shops and restaurants close by. I also loved the music selection in the restaurant.
