The owner was the standout for us, so kind and helpful, and really went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Apartments Nikola is a spacious, well-equipped villa that works well for families or groups of friends, in a convenient spot in Donji Stoliv. The pool is a nice extra, but it may not be operating outside the busy summer season. We had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend it to anyone after a relaxing, convenient stay in Kotor.

The house is 200 m from the beach and has room for 10 people. There’s a big garden with a patio, grill and nice pool. Downstairs are two rooms, a living room with A/C and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, another living room, two A/C units and a balcony with a nice view. Almost perfect for a holiday with friends.

The host was wonderful and friendly, and we’ll definitely return. We stayed in June 2021 in this large house, which has plenty of beds, three bathrooms and three kitchens, plus a BBQ and pool. Its Bay of Kotor location makes it easy to get around in every direction. There’s now a supermarket nearby and plenty of cafes within walking distance, while the beach is just three minutes away. We had the first floor for three adults and a child, with plenty of room. Everything was clean, there was a washing machine, and parking was easy. The beach is about 100 meters away, even though you can’t see it in the apartment photo. There’s also a supermarket and cafes along the promenade, and the pool was very clean. The owner welcomed us, explained everything and stayed in touch. If you’re after peace and quiet, I highly recommend it. Cats may come by, since they’re everywhere. Feed them and they’ll stay put, if you want.
