The apartment was clean and fairly modern, but I don’t recommend it, especially for families with children. The biggest issue was the heat: it’s on the top floor of an unfinished building, and the roof doesn’t have enough insulation, so even with the air conditioning it became unbearably hot. The kitchen and living room were small rooms with no windows, and the bathroom was tiny, though well equipped. We also lacked basic kitchen items. We had just one glass and one spoon, for example. The owner’s claim that the apartment is 35 square meters didn’t seem accurate to me. It felt much smaller, no more than 25 square meters. The location is secluded, but getting down to the main road is dangerous because it’s a bend with heavy traffic.

We’d give this place 10 stars if we could. The rooms are brand new and spacious, with amazing views from the balconies. The hosts were incredibly kind and made us feel comfortable and welcome. Thank you, Boro and Kristina, for such a perfect stay. Highly recommend!

The terrace view is worth the uphill walk. The apartments are on a hill, so getting there can be a bit of a challenge, but the beaches were free and uncrowded when we visited. There are two grocery stores about a 15-minute walk away, and the beaches are about the same distance. The owner and his family were super friendly, and the apartment had everything we needed. It’s a lovely place to spend a few days while exploring the bay. We had a great time and can definitely recommend it to visitors to the area.

Boro Kašćelan was a fantastic host. The place sits up a steep hill from the main road, in a beautiful, quiet spot with excellent views. Definitely recommended!
