Villa Rosa is a comfortable house, with a nice large area upstairs, in a beautiful bay. The terrace looks out over a stunning view, and the sea is less than a 10-minute walk away. There’s plenty to do nearby, with Perast, Hercog Novi, and Kotor all close, and Dubrovnik not far either. A world-class fish restaurant is about ten minutes on foot. The village seaside bar serves great food at a good price, in a lovely setting. We had a wonderful stay and really recommend Villa Rosa.

Villa Rosa has a lovely garden and two balconies, one on the ground floor and one on the top floor, with a great view of the Bay of Kotor. There’s plenty of room to park, and Kotor is a 30-minute drive away. On the way, Perast is well worth visiting, a beautiful town with very good restaurants. Risan has a good bakery and a nice local market. The house sits a little above the village, so it’s around 5-10 minutes down to the sea and beach, and about 10 minutes back up. In the village center by the beach there are two supermarkets and Tramuntana bar, which has a very nice terrace and good food. There’s also the gourmet restaurant Catovica Mlini in the village.
