Antonela was welcoming and easy to talk to throughout our stay, while giving us plenty of space. She saved us a spot right in front of the house, so we didn't have to hunt for parking each day. We had booked a room without a kitchen, but she brought us a mini-fridge anyway, which came in handy for keeping drinks and fruit cold even though we ate out. She also suggested places to visit and eat, and kindly let our 7-year-old son play with a big bag of Legos. 🙂 The room felt homey and was clean, with plenty of storage for clothes and other things. The air conditioning was in the main room, but it cooled the whole place well enough. We could sit on a small balcony overlooking the sea for breakfast or an evening glass of wine. The closest beach, Sveti Stefan beach, isn't right nearby, but it's within walking distance. We were fine using the stairs to go down and back up, so we didn't need the car. Good value for money, and we recommend it. It was worth it for us.

They made me feel like a friend of the family, not a paying guest.

The apartment had everything on my list when I booked: free parking, air conditioning, a kitchen, easy access to the sea, no advance payment, and self-cleaning. We did get a space in the private parking area on the grounds, which fits four cars. The kitchen was especially useful since most cafes only do simple breakfasts or serve drinks. It has a stove and the things you need to cook and eat with. There isn't salt, sugar, cooking oil, tea, or coffee, so keep that in mind if you plan to cook or make hot drinks. On the way to the beach there are about three little shops and several cafes, which is handy. Depending on your pace, the walk takes 10-15 minutes. Going down the stairs is quick, but coming back feels like a crawl. With a child, the climb back was a real challenge at first, though we eventually started treating it as exercise. I liked the apartment a lot. Nothing was broken, and it was clean and cozy, with a great terrace. The only thing I missed was a second air conditioner for the bedroom, since there was just one unit. It wasn't a major problem if we left the doors between the rooms open so the cool air could reach it. People say the water in Montenegro is good to drink from the tap, but to me it smelled strongly of chlorine, and I personally couldn't drink it unless I boiled it. The owner was welcoming, open, and responsive. She greeted us and saw us off like family. My family and I had a very pleasant stay, and we'd love to come back.

The place has a pleasant, almost family-like feel, and the service is friendly. I liked having balconies, though the beds could be more comfortable. The kitchen setup is a little awkward because you have to go through one of the rooms to reach it. The bathroom is nice, but there's nowhere to hang towels, and the shower curtain gets wet easily, unlike a glass enclosure. There's also often a cat on the terrace trying to get inside, which some people might find charming and others might not. It's alright overall, with a few small inconveniences.
