The location is outstanding, tucked away with gorgeous views. The private beach and lounge chairs were lovely to have, though it’s a stone beach, so bring suitable footwear. We had a fabulous dinner on the restaurant balcony, watching the sunset and listening to the waves on the shore. Breakfast was very good too, and we sat on that same balcony overlooking the water. We had a wonderful one-night stay in May. Miliana checked us in and was terrific, so welcoming and friendly. We chatted for a few minutes and found out she had briefly lived in the state I’m from, which made for a fun conversation. Our room was a little small for three, but comfortable, modern, and clean. We mostly explore when we travel and use the room to sleep and shower, so the size didn’t bother us. We were just glad they could fit all three of us. I’d highly recommend staying here.

The view from this hotel is the best in all Montenegro! The staff were amazing, and the two boys from India working by the beach were especially friendly. Big respect to them. I’d absolutely recommend this place.

My room was spotless, modern, and comfortable, and the staff were warm and attentive throughout. The private beach stayed peaceful and clean, and it never felt crowded. Breakfast was fresh and generous, too. With those Adriatic views and incredible sunsets right by the water, the stay at Hotel California in Sveti Stefan felt like a postcard. The whole place had a relaxed but luxurious feel. I’ll definitely be back.

The food was great from breakfast through dinner, and the location is hard to beat. There’s no pool, but with a private beach, who needs one? The staff were so friendly, especially the guy at the beach. We were on the 4th floor and had a lovely balcony with an open view of Sveti Stefan, though the room itself was a little small. It didn’t matter much since we weren’t spending all day inside. Everything from check-in to check-out was great. If you want the best balcony, ask for room 401.

We really enjoyed our stay, and everyone was welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, and the service was excellent. Having a private beach made it easy and relaxing to go swimming. The beach was a bit rocky, though, so getting into the water wasn’t very comfortable. We were on the first floor, and the balcony wall was oddly high, which meant we couldn’t see the view while seated. Aside from those two things, everything was lovely.
