Dimitris Residence

The location is hard to beat, with beautiful beaches right in front and Porto Montenegro centre just an 8-minute walk away. The apartment was spotless and well kept, with air conditioning in every room, a modern kitchen, luxury furniture, two smart TVs, and a washing machine. Breakfast was excellent, and the huge pool had surround sound. You can also rent modern cars directly from the property, which was a handy extra. The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming and always available to help. This place exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely return.

As a solo traveller, I had a lovely stay. The staff were kind and helpful, and my room was very clean, with high-quality linen, pillows, and towels. It was quiet, but only a short walk to the seafront, with the beaches and marina beyond. Great value for the money, and I’d highly recommend it.

The staff were warm, helpful, and always around when we needed them, and breakfast was delicious every morning. We stayed at Dimitris Residence as a family and had one of our best trips. The apartment felt brand new, was spotless, and had lovely decor. The beach is just 20 seconds away. There’s also a beautiful pool on site for days when you don’t feel like going to the beach, which made things so relaxing and easy. We rented a car directly from them, too, which was very convenient. We’ll recommend Dimitris Residence to friends and family visiting Tivat, and we’ll be back!

What stood out most at Dimitris was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was amazing. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well laid out, with a well-stocked kitchen. Its location is ideal, with a swimming beach nearby and the marina within walking distance. Our family is travelling around Europe this year, and these were the friendliest staff we’ve met.
