6/10
The hosts are friendly and nice, but if you only speak English, communicating can be difficult. Only one staff member speaks it, so even ordering something gets complicated. It isn't a problem if you speak Russian. The pool basically doesn't exist, while lots of neighboring hotels have one, so you'll feel jealous. Rooms aren't always cleaned properly and toilet paper may be insufficient, though mentioning it gets the problem fixed. Staff won't take the initiative to congratulate someone on their birthday, but you can arrange it yourself if you bring it up and pay. With the communication trouble and lack of initiative, I'd give it 2.5 overall.

It’s cheap and fine if you just need somewhere to sleep. Pretty so-so.
