The bathroom cabinet still had underwear from previous guests and an old pack of OB in it. That was on top of the filthy condition of the place: dust and dirt on the floor, stained bedding and pillows that clearly hadn't been washed properly, and a fridge so covered in mold and rust it couldn't be used. The very old air conditioner was full of mold too, blowing dirty, unhealthy air. This is a serious health hazard, not just bad upkeep. Renting it out like this shows complete disrespect for guests. It needs a deep clean and full renovation before it should be listed again. Avoid it.

The rooms were clean and had air conditioning, and we had a lovely terrace and balcony view. We spent 10 days here and were completely satisfied. Parking is right outside the house.
