The internet worked well, with WiFi range extenders installed by the hosts. There are two parking spaces on the property and extra street parking. The hosts were lovely, and the place was nice and clean. It's close to a small beach and Ulcinj's old city.

We stayed with Mr. Amir and his family, who were lovely hosts. The rooms are spacious and have all the facilities we needed, and everything was very clean. The location is near the city center and old town, but the area is quiet and clean. It worked perfectly for a family, and I'd recommend it for a holiday in Ulcinj.

The host was friendly, and the location is great, with Albatros beach and Ulcine city center both not too far away. The internet could be better. It wasn't suitable for working or relaxing online, though the connection was better when I went to Ulcine beach.

After I booked two rooms through booking.com for August, the owner asked me to cancel because he had planned to stay there himself on the dates I requested. That felt very unprofessional and inconvenient.

A good place. Negotiate the price.
