The place doesn't feel like 4 stars. The staff were generally friendly, but there were several problems: the pool was too shallow, and our room was clearly old. The terrace was dirty from birds, and the bathroom wasn't in good condition either. Room service didn't clean the room or change the towels until we asked. The restaurant wasn't operating beyond serving the buffet.

For a relaxing holiday in Ulcinj, Emerald Hotel Ulcinj is a great choice 👌🤍🫶. The service is great, the food is high quality, and the rooms are very nice and clean. Best hotel in Ulcinj, highly recommended for anyone visiting Montenegro.

The pool was a highlight for me. The infinity pool is pretty big compared with the other hotels nearby, and I spent countless hours sunbathing and enjoying refreshing drinks from the poolside bar. The staff were attentive and always ready to make sure I had what I needed. The dining was outstanding too, with every meal a treat made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The staff were knowledgeable and enthusiastic, which made each experience memorable. When I arrived at Emerald Hotel in Ulcinj, Montenegro, during the summer season, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The hotel is beautifully designed, and my room was spacious and impeccably clean. It was one of the best vacations I've had. Luxurious accommodations, exceptional service, and a good location made it a perfect summer getaway. I can't wait to return and make more memories. Highly recommend it for a fantastic summer vacation!

We spent 4 nights here and left very satisfied. The open buffet breakfast was quite good, and the hotel café-restaurant had reasonable prices. The staff were always smiling and attentive, the rooms were nice and clean, and the large private pool was well maintained. The Wi-Fi in our room barely worked, though, and all the TV channels were in Albanian. Highly recommended 👍👍
