The Beach House with the magical sunsets

The kids had a great time at this beach campsite. There are toilets and showers, and they're very good, though oddly there's no toilet paper. The wooded area is nice and gives you shade if you don't want to be in the sun.

Motorhomes can choose pitches by the beachfront or in the shaded forest. The site has modern toilet facilities and is open all year, with a cafe serving drinks in winter.

We had picked this campsite for our first trip camping with a camper and got incredibly lucky. The beach is just a minute away on foot. Most of the site sits in a pine forest, with daytime shade and a refreshing, distinctive smell, though there are shoreline pitches too if you want to be closer to the water. I was especially concerned about toilet cleanliness, and the toilets were spotless. The staff were very kind, cleaning staff were around constantly, and hot water was always available. There's also a handy dishwashing area. I'd read complaints about stray dogs, but to me the campsite felt peaceful even at night. I love dogs and was glad to feed and care for them. By 9 PM there was no loud music and the surroundings were quiet. If you're arriving with a camper, I'd bring a bike since the nearest shops are about 1 km away. We thought everything was perfect and will definitely return next year. The one small problem was a drain smell in the dishwashing area. I think some campers may not have been using the sinks properly, but I expect it's temporary and will be better next year.

The beach is beautiful, but the campsite was dusty and windy from the sea, so everything ended up covered with dark dust. The toilets and showers were dirty, with tiny windows that made them feel like a Turkish steam room. There was no toilet paper or soap, and the kitchen facilities were dirty and weren't cleaned regularly. For a whole family, they give you just one small key to the toilets. That means waiting for whoever has it to finish showering, or having to go everywhere together. There were no staff around to deal with guests' dogs, which peed all over other campers' tents and barked all night while their owners let them roam the site. It wasn't peaceful or tranquil and didn't have a good vibe, which is a shame for beautiful Montenegro.
