The owners and staff made a stressful situation much easier. Our flights were canceled because of the recent Venezuela situation, and most island hotels were already full, but they went out of their way to find us a room and look after us. Their kindness meant a lot. We stayed at this calm, comfortable hotel as a family, and our son especially enjoyed the private jacuzzi and lovely outdoor area, where he could relax and play. The rooms were clean, the beds made for a great night's sleep, and the food was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The pool is beautiful, the nearby beach and surrounding areas are nice to explore, and the whole place feels peaceful. We felt genuinely cared for and would gladly return.

You’ll need a car to get to The Forest, since it sits up on a hill. Once there, though, it’s very peaceful and good value. The compact group of suites above Anse Marcel is charming and well equipped, including a washing machine, which was a welcome surprise. The small staff team were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delicious. It would be nice if the bar and dining options stayed open after 5pm, but that’s only a minor inconvenience.

It’s set in a quiet, peaceful part of the area, which made it easy to unwind after exploring the island. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Our room had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, with modern amenities and cozy touches. Highly recommend!

Getting there is a bit of an adventure, but once you arrive it feels like an oasis. We loved the modern design, peaceful atmosphere, and beautiful ambience. The owners are really nice and laid-back, and we had a delicious dinner. When we’re back in St. Martin, we’ll stop by again for sure. Thank you very much, and until next time.

I was sleeping on a sailboat, not staying here, but wandered in for breakfast. The food was perfect, the decor felt peaceful, and the service was quick and friendly.
