We loved hearing the ocean waves from the apartment. The building is right on the beach, with a secured corridor to get to the shore, and town is an easy walk either by the beach or along the road. The bedroom faces the street, though, which could bother light sleepers. Parking can also be tricky: there are 11 spaces for 18 units, so after taking your car out, you may not find a spot when you return and will have to get creative.

The beach is good for people with mobility issues, and the units are right beside the surf. The street side is noisy with traffic.
