The bed wasn’t all that comfortable, but the ladies at reception made the stay for me. They were polite, helpful and paid attention to details. One wasn’t very fluent in English, and my French sucks, but we managed to communicate perfectly by mixing French, English and Spanish. The location is perfect if you’re driving, close to the border.

When I stayed overnight at a friend’s and stepped out, hotel staff ransacked my belongings and stole my laptop. The staff didn’t help, and the police couldn’t have cared less.

The pool was well maintained and the price was good. It wasn’t luxury, but it was what I wanted.

I didn’t find them friendly at all.

Even with the renovations going on, we had an excellent stay. Our room was clean, spacious and very comfortable, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend it!
