Studio vue mer Résidence Mont Vernon

The owner cancelled our booking the day before we were due to arrive, saying it was overbooked, even though we’d paid two months ahead. He left us stuck with our children, and finding somewhere else at the end of the year was a struggle. When I called, he didn’t seem to care at all. Avoid this host, and stay away from Booking.com, which did absolutely nothing. With Airbnb, he would have lost his whole listing, as well as having to cover the extra cost we faced because of the last-minute cancellation. If you don’t want to end up stranded in the middle of nowhere with no way to resolve it, avoid this dishonest host.
