The rooms feel open, with plenty of space and a sensible layout. The decor is lovely too, a superb hotel.

2/10
We were trying to find a practical way to store 10 pieces of luggage for one night and were even willing to rent a room ourselves. Instead, management insisted we book 5 rooms, quoting 250,000 ariary, while refusing to let us leave the bags. It was an absurd demand, and nobody seemed willing to listen or use common sense. The lack of professionalism and customer care was striking. I rarely post negative reviews, but this deserves to be said. An establishment meant to welcome guests should set a much better example.
