Attached to Le Trianon hotel, this French-based restaurant is right in the middle of Antsirabe. It was a very nice place to eat, and the dishes were tasty and delicious. The menu was quite varied and average-budget. There were hardly any customers for lunch on a weekday, so it was almost quiet. Our orders came in about 15 minutes, much faster than at many other Malagasy restaurants around. The owner's wife is also the chief cook.

We’ve eaten here twice, and the waiters were pleasant both times. Our first visit went well, with most of what we ordered arriving. On the second, we asked for four dishes with the meat well done. One never came, and of the three served, only one had meat cooked close to how we wanted it. While trying to cook the others more, they mixed up the two plates.

My son has brought me here three times, and each visit has left me pleased with the atmosphere. It’s a lovely place to remember and take home as a happy memory. The welcome is warm, the staff work wonderfully together, and the food is tasty. The table and menu are presented nicely, and the service is very good. I’d certainly recommend it.
