The staff were warm and attentive, and my room was spotless and well equipped. Everything seemed designed to make guests comfortable. I’ll definitely come back to enjoy the experience again.

The welcome was lovely, including a complimentary coconut, and the food was excellent. The place looks stunning from the outside, though the rooms are a bit spartan. There’s no direct access to the beach.

One star is already too generous. There’s no hot water, and in the evening the bathroom is full of cockroaches coming from the sewer. It’s noisy, and the breakfast is poor. WiFi at the entrance costs one euro a day, while clubs and beaches give it to you for free. The rooms don’t have air conditioning. If you want one with ""air"" conditioning, it costs an extra 5 euros a day. In my opinion, this hotel isn’t suitable for families with children.
