It was a bit expensive, but compared with hotels in the area, this is still my favorite and good value. I liked that it was small and unpretentious. The staff were great, and the place has spacious rooms, a big shower, and a lovely beachfront pool.

The pool was really nice and a good deal. We could use the sunbeds by it as long as we had lunch there.

This was my second time here, and it was just as good as the first. The rooms are large and comfortable, the food is great, and I'll be back.

We especially liked having the dive center right next door, along with the clean, nice pool. Reception was helpful and arranged airport transfers, scooter rentals, excursions and other activities. The rooms are simple but well maintained, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and well trained. The restaurant was fantastic, with a fresh menu each day based on what's available. We'd love to come back to Nosy Lodge.

The Malagasy buffet night was fantastic, with music and local vegetarian options too. The staff were good.
