Villa Perle Noire

It's just off the main area, so it's nice and quiet while still close to everything there. The room was a good size, with really hot water, a fridge, and air conditioning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay again.

The room felt cramped and wasn’t clean, and there were no cups or glasses by the washbasin. There were too few outlets, so charging a phone was difficult, and the Wi-Fi connection was poor. Service took an extremely long time, even when guests asked for something. The owners didn’t stick to the original payment terms, and the owner kept changing what she said. She didn’t seem to care about guests’ comfort. The location was also unpleasant, with a construction site right across from the hotel.

We booked at the last minute after changing our itinerary and were met with a very warm welcome. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the place was comfortable. It sits on the second line from the beach, a little away from the nightlife noise and crowds.

The hotel itself is nice, but privacy was a serious concern. Staff and management will tell other people which room you're in and who you're staying with. At this room price, I expected impeccable service. I won't stay here again.
