Mikhaelo made us feel more welcome than we have at even five-star hotels. The kindness, hospitality, and care he showed us as travellers were something else. Our room had exactly what we needed, and we had a fantastic time in Bitola. The location helped too: it’s on the main road into town, on the same block as the bus station, about a five-minute walk from downtown, and 15-20 minutes from Heraclea, which is a must-see. 11/10!

Mikhaelo was incredibly friendly and smart, and I really enjoyed our conversations and the deeper insights he shared. You don't come across that every day. The rooms are simple, but they do the job for a traveller. The location is hard to beat, just a stone's throw from the bus station in a quiet part of town. Thanks so much.

The staff were warm and friendly, and gave us useful tips for seeing the city. The location is fairly central and convenient. They were doing a general clean-up after the students had left, so there weren't many clean spots to sit or stay outside our room. There is a shared kitchen where you can cook and keep food in the fridge.

The location worked really well, with amazing bakeries and a park just a few minutes away. Mikhaelo was friendly and helped explain the local culture to us, all of us being from England. The rooms were good, and being able to use the kitchen was helpful.

I don't understand the low ranking, this place is AMAZING! It's affordable, close to the bus terminal and centre, and has friendly staff and a cozy feel. Highly recommend. Just remember it's not a five-star hotel, so don't expect things it realistically wouldn't have. The room itself could be cleaner, though.
