Dinner was fantastic, with excellent food and drinks, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The town center is just a short walk away. The rooms, though, urgently need renovating, and the cleanliness was lacking. The outside facing windows and doors are practically useless, you can hear everything outside loud and clear.

Sitting right on sirok sokak makes it handy for exploring the city's "modern" side, and there's a nice outdoor play area for kids. The atmosphere is good, and the food is generally tasty. Prices are reasonable for the quality. Service needs to be quicker, especially for main dishes, and the workers can be slow. It's not the cleanest restaurant and could use a little renovation to look more modern, which might attract tourists. Still, it gets the job done!

Being open air makes this a great pick for summer evenings, and the city center location is really good. Nice place for dinner with family or friends. I like the pizza best.

The place was really clean, and the staff were super nice. I also forgot some stuff there afterward, and they were incredibly helpful with it. Thanks again to everyone, I hope to visit soon!

For days there was no hot water. The dogs barking at 4:00 am woke me up, too. Breakfast was very ordinary, almost nonexistent, so don't pay extra for it. It's overpriced for what you get, and the star rating should be much lower. What hotel these days has no hot water? There are many better hotels in Bitola.
