Hotel Treff Bistro

The room was clean and decent, but the air-conditioning didn’t work and there’s no elevator, which makes the stairs impossible for people with disabilities. They didn’t provide liquid soap or body wash, and breakfast was really poor. I’m sure they could do better.

If you’re a light sleeper, the running water in the pipes will keep you awake, and the internet can be just as unreliable as your sleep, especially overnight and early in the morning. There’s no free breakfast despite what the hotel services description says, you have to pay extra. For anyone looking for a good rest with light sleep, this hotel clearly isn’t a good fit.

The room wasn’t clean, there was old soap left in the shower, and the Wi-Fi was poor. Breakfast was poor too, and the food was cold. The room stayed cold as well, even though it was freezing outside and 3°C in the morning. There’s no lift, so you have to haul a heavy suitcase up the stairs to the second floor. The hotel is in a traffic-free zone, which means carrying your luggage about 400 meters from the parking place. A one-star hotel, and a horror of a hotel and restaurant.

They can’t get the room warm, and the food in the restaurant is cold too. The Wi-Fi was bad as well. Nothing felt warm here. A very bad hotel, I wouldn’t come.
