Soho Apartments

It’s a five-minute walk to the city center, and free parking is close by. A great stay, warm, clean, and comfortable.

The worst part was the location: bars on the street played music all night, and there was practically no soundproofing. I could hear conversations in neighboring apartments, and it ruined my stay. The rooms were relatively clean and well equipped, with plenty of dishes and cutlery and a great AC, but there was no microwave. Only duvets were supplied, even in summer. The bathroom faucet was defective, and cleaners missed spots, including a spider on the bathroom window and stains on the bedspread. There’s no elevator either, though that’s not an easy thing to fix. The staff were nice.

Shirok Sokak is only a five-minute walk away, and the local grocery store is around the corner. My family of five stayed at Soho Apartments Bitola for seven weeks, and we loved it. The apartment was brilliant, with clean, modern rooms in a great location. Elena and Milena at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Thanks to everyone at Soho Apartments Bitola. We’ll definitely come back next time we’re in Macedonia.

The mattress was poor, some lights didn't work, there was no kitchen trash bin, and the bedding wasn't right for the season. In mid-May, there was only a duvet and no alternative. The café in the building was the worst part: live music went on until 4 a.m., then chairs and tables were moved around 7 a.m. when we’d finally managed to fall asleep. They also started drilling the wall. The noise was unbearable and made us want to leave and never return. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
