The host was so friendly, and the little bungalow was adorable with a comfortable bed. We loved our one-night stay and would like to return in summer. It rained while we were there, but we can imagine the sunset view would be magical. One tip for the drive: follow the host’s directions, since Google Maps sends you up a really bad road. We were told to drive to "Hotel MVR" first, then follow the signs to Sunset House. That’s the better route 😊 Thanks for a lovely stay!

It’s a peaceful, almost holy-feeling place, high up and well away from the noise. The staff are warm and generous, welcoming you like family. The rooms are beautiful, clean, practical, and ecological, with a breathtaking view. There’s a charming bathroom, a cute balcony, and breakfast where you choose what you’d like. Just wonderful, exactly what you’d hope for. Please visit.

I wanted to stay clear of the crowds while attending a concert in Ohrid, and this house worked perfectly. It’s only a 10-minute drive from the city, although being off the main roads can make it seem farther away at first. The view over Lake Ohrid is stunning, and it’s lovely and quiet.

The sunset setting is beautiful and the lodging is very nice. Getting here is a bit tough on the car, but it’s worth the trip.
