The location is great, with everything within walking distance. The rooms are functional, and the customer service was exceptional.

There’s plenty of parking, and the service is friendly and family friendly. The food and drinks are great too. The place is reasonably priced, with a convenience store right across the road and the town centre within walking distance. The air-conditioned rooms are comfortable, with a TV and a large bathroom and shower. A good spot to relax and unwind.

The receptionists are kind and try to help, but the hotel seems practically nonfunctional. There are problems with the water and heating, and it’s clear the place isn’t really operating. The 'manager' is impertinent. They also insist that everything be paid for upfront.

The air conditioning in our room didn’t work at all, and the room was dirty with a smell of old furniture. The toilet leaked and flooded the floor, and even the toilet paper provided was dirty, as shown in the photo. I also found a dead fly behind my pillow, which you can see in the attached photo. Worst hotel I’ve ever seen.

It was hot outside, but there was no working air conditioning, and they hadn’t told us. The toilet leaked onto the floor, there was a bug on the pillow, the elevator didn’t work, and nothing was clean. The staff were very rude. Worst hotel, wouldn’t recommend it.
