We had a really welcoming stay, with helpful staff and tasty, fresh food at the Restaurant. The rooms felt modern and comfortable, Wi-Fi was fast, and parking was free. It’s right in the center of Kičevo and felt like great value. Highly recommend it.

Akil made our night at the Hotel especially memorable. He was kind, professional, and gave us exceptional service throughout. My family and I are so grateful for his hospitality. He deserves every one of those stars.

I was welcomed even though most of the guests seemed to be local. The place has around thirty rooms, and mine was spacious and clean. Some staff can speak English or German, and they were very friendly. I enjoyed a good steak and salad in the restaurant, and breakfast was decent. They also host large celebrations, including weddings.

At 40 degrees the AC still didn’t work, and I couldn’t open the window. The toilet seat was broken, and the bathroom barely had working lights. Nothing felt clean, the beds smelled bad, and the internet didn’t work at all. They also charged me 4€ for water. Please stay away if you can.

Saffet and Mehmet abi were so helpful, and the food was amazing. We had a perfect stay in a lovely hotel, in a lovely town. Thanks to them :)
