Last time I stayed here, the staff's attitude was a letdown. They'd renovated the rooms and raised the prices, but service had gone downhill. I had paid 125 euros in advance for a four bed apartment and had the booking and payment records with me. Still, they kept me waiting in the lobby for over 2.5 hours, holding my sleeping four year old. On a later visit, we arrived late and decided to get the buffet breakfast they'd offered for about 5 euros per person. It was pretty poor, though we knew what to expect from earlier visits and the kids were hungry. I went back to see if they'd replenished the fried peppers with eggs since the dish was empty when I filled my plate. They hadn't, and I got no more food, but they charged me for two people. I didn't dispute it, but wanted to leave this here as a heads up. There are some great guesthouses around town. Skar is a fantastic place for breakfast, and Krushevska Odaja serves great traditional food for lunch or dinner. I'd spend my money and energy elsewhere.

The views from the hotel are amazing, and Krusevo has some nice places to visit. The rooms are clean and pleasant after the recent refurbishment, and the small spa is really nice. Staff are friendly, and the food is delicious.

There's a pool that's a little cold but still fine, plus a fun game room and a lobby bar with a great view. The staff were extremely friendly, and the place itself is very nice with a good view. The restaurant food is basic, so I'd eat in the city if you get the chance.

I only visited the spa for the day. It was generally okay, with a decent pool and a relatively new sauna. The steam room wasn't working on a few occasions, though, and they seem to count Friday as part of the weekend 🤔. I paid 1000 MKD, which felt pricey with the steam room out of order. Better customer service would be nice too.
