The ladders in the pools could use replacing, they don’t seem very safe anymore. Aside from that small drawback, we had a great time and would still give it 5 out of 5. The view of the lake and mountains was lovely everywhere, from the pool and terrace to our room, balcony, and even the bathroom. Staff were very friendly, and breakfast was tasty with lots of choices.

We had enough good restaurants close to the hotel, and could easily walk to them. The hotel is beautifully built on the hills of lake Ohrid, so the view is 10/10. Our room was luxurious and spacious, with the rooms set beautifully on the hill. The staff made us feel at home, relaxed, and listened to, which made the three-night stay unforgettable. The massage couple has magic hands, 100% recommend, and breakfast is to die for. These people have their hearts in the right place. Honestly, my favourite hotel in this country. Thank you! ❤️

The concierge was helpful and suggested a high-quality boat ride that was 10/10. They also arranged taxis to make sure we got a fair price. Amazing views, and just steps from beautiful Lake Ohrid.

We spent one night here in awfully cold weather, and really enjoyed the sauna and the jacuzzi in our room. Breakfast was amazing too. There were a few small drawbacks: only two cups and one bathrobe, even though the room was booked for four people.

The breakfast was generous and really good, and the staff were very polite. We stayed in a lovely apartment with a relaxing jacuzzi on the terrace. Villa Bisera is one of the most amazing places to stay in Ohrid. I highly recommend it.
