The location and price were both amazing. My room was great and matched the description and photos, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I loved everything and would stay again, 10/10!

The balcony view was very nice, and for the price this was decent value. The entrance hall looks like a 4-star place, and the receptionist was pleasant and professional. The rooms felt more like 3 stars than 4: decent, but nothing special. Housekeeping came only twice a week, so we made our own beds in the morning, which I don’t mind. The room attendants also had their own way of making beds and cleaning that made us laugh. That service didn’t feel 4-star.

The mattresses were firm and supportive, which was a pleasant surprise since I don’t like soft beds. The hotel is central in Ohrid and within walking distance of everything. Staff were friendly, polite, and accommodating, and the room and bathroom were clean. The view of Lake Ohrid, the oldest lake in Europe, was spectacular. Fantastic for the price, and I’d definitely come back.

The owner was kind and understanding when the airline lost my luggage. The hotel is lovely and clean, with a great location and amazing views. My only complaint is the shower: at 6ft1/185cm and 240lbs/110kg, I’m big but not huge, and it felt very cramped.
