The balcony has a beautiful view, and the historic center is close by. Good value for the price.

You can reach just about everything easily from this spot in the city center, right on the promenade. There are bakeries, markets, and restaurants nearby, and the terrace looks out over the lake. The apartment was clean and tastefully decorated. The landlady was lovely and available whenever I needed help. I recommend it.
