Apartments Gugoski

She nearly canceled our reservation just two days before we were due to arrive, even though we'd booked three months earlier. We had to argue at length before she agreed to honor it. Her reason was that my cousin and her friend, both adults, were under 21. There was no age restriction listed, but she claimed Booking didn't allow it, which I found manipulative and untrue. When we asked whether she'd have accepted us if we hadn't called, she calmly said no. My cousin would have been left out on the street with a confirmed booking. Then, after the stay, she saw us off saying she wanted money from us, but preferably for us not to come at all. Such hospitality. I reported what happened to Booking, and sincerely hope she learns from it. I've used Booking for a long time and stayed in places all over, including other apartments in Ohrid, but I've never had anyone treat us this way or been met with such hostility. I won't book this apartment again, and I hope future visitors think carefully before making a reservation. After this appalling lack of courtesy, I don't want to rate anything else about the apartment. Nothing else matters to me.
