We ran all over Ohrid in the rain to find a place that was accessible for my disabled father after we accidentally booked something in the old town that was absolutely not accessible. They moved things around to accommodate us late at night and last minute. The room was good and accessible with a very large balcony and a view. Free parking as well is a bonus. Just a 10ish minute walk from the main area and all flat!

Terrible service, dirty and AC not working. Checked into our first room and it was hot and stuffy. Turned on the AC and it didn’t seem to help so went to the front desk. Not at all friendly but came right up to the room to tell me it was working. We left for a couple hours and when we came back it was even hotter. Moved to a new room (total pain to pack up and move). Same thing. Warm and stuffy. Turned on air, left for an hour or so. When we came back it was 27C/81F. Lots of hair in the bathroom. When you can’t sleep and shower is questionable, it’s not a hotel I want to be in. Location is the

❌ Extremely Disappointing – This Is NOT a 4-Star Hotel! ❌ This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I honestly don’t understand how this place has four stars — it doesn’t even come close! 🛏️ BED BUGS. Yes, actual bed bugs. I woke up with bites and found tiny blood spots on the sheets. Absolutely disgusting. 🧼 Dirty and unhygienic. The floors weren’t clean, the bathroom smelled bad, and the blankets were stained and smelled horrible. 👎 The staff’s attitude was terrible – zero professionalism, zero willingness to help. Just rude and careless. 🔊 No respect for guests. ⭐ On
