Garden Hotel

The location is good, but the service was so bad. The rooms are all wood, unlike the photos. When we paid for the hotel, they took 7 euro from us. 1.4 stars.

We used to visit this restaurant and were usually happy with it, but the latest meal was disappointing. The portions had shrunk, the food was too oily, and the quality seemed to have gone downhill. We felt unwell afterward, and one of us got sick later that day. We strongly believe it was from the breakfast, since we hadn’t eaten anything else. Now we don’t feel confident about the food quality or hygiene.

The location was good, but the stay was uncomfortable because the room was very cold. I asked the staff to fix the heating, and nothing was done. The service was poor.

We only ate at the restaurant, we didn’t stay at the hotel. The food was average in both taste and presentation, and the prices felt far too high for that quality. Service was the biggest letdown. The waiters were rude, unhelpful and unprofessional, with little basic hospitality. We waited a long time, communication was unpleasant, and the way guests were treated was unacceptable for a restaurant in such a prime location.
