It’s not far from the lake, with a few good restaurants nearby and an easy walk into the main town. The shower was the best we had on this trip, and this was the cleanest hotel we stayed in.

We had a confirmed booking, but the owners still left us waiting and offered no explanation or apology. They were rude from the moment we arrived, with an attitude that made it seem like letting us in was a favor. The whole place felt unwelcoming, and they showed little concern for guests. I wouldn’t stay here if basic respect and professionalism matter to you.

My reservation was canceled without any reason given, and when I contacted the owners to ask what happened, they brushed me off instead of helping. They were rude and unwelcoming from the beginning. It’s especially frustrating when you’ve made travel plans based on a booking. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you need a reliable reservation or expect to be treated hospitably.

After we left another hotel over bad service, this place rescued our holiday. The breakfast was wonderful, the rooms spotless, and the service excellent. It’s close to the lake and the prices are reasonable. Bring cash, though, since they don’t take cards.

The service was lovely, and I really liked staying here. My room was very nice, with a perfect bathroom. Looking forward to another trip to Ohrid. :)
