Lago Hotel & Spa

The meal was disappointing. The mixed dish had chicken that was almost raw, and the pizza was undercooked too. The salad was okay, but it couldn't make up for those problems. I hope the kitchen pays closer attention to preparation and food quality in the future.

The owners were so nice, and my family and I had a wonderful time. The jacuzzi on the balcony was wonderful! The food was the best ever, and the stay was worth every little penny. I wish there were a ten star rating. I'd love to come back.

The restaurant serves delicious food and is open most of the day, and there's free cold water in the fridges. We also enjoyed the private lakeside area, with sunbeds for guests if you get there early, and beach towels provided. There are SUP boards for rent, plus a tiny, sweet pool that suits the hotel's size. Our suite's jacuzzi was a real treat, and the rooms have lovely lake views. The hotel is small, with dated furniture and more of a guesthouse feel than a luxury hotel. Beds and pillows are basic, and the bathroom is very simple. Still, the staff make the place feel warm and family-like. The lake is across a small, quiet road, and the whole atmosphere is relaxed and close-knit. Staying by the lake was truly enjoyable despite the simple furnishings.

We felt well looked after by the friendly, helpful staff, and the room was clean and comfortable with a stunning lake view. Hotel Lago in Lagadin, Ohrid is right by the lake, with a beautiful beach only a few steps away. The restaurant food was delicious, and breakfast was fresh each day. A perfect place to unwind and enjoy Ohrid. Highly recommend it! 🌅✨
