The host never spoke to me about the issue, but instead left a passive aggressive review on Airbnb after assuming my family, including the kids, had broken the wheels on her vacuum. We never used or touched it. Even if a guest did break something, most would pay 30-50 euros to replace it. She jumped straight to accusations and didn’t have the sincerity to discuss the concern with us. The communication was poor, and the host didn’t handle problems professionally. There was no decency as a host.

We canceled after being given a basement room with no windows instead of the upstairs room with a balcony that I had paid for, but they charged the full reservation anyway. The owner didn’t meet us and had left the key under the entrance carpet, so I had nobody to talk to. There was nowhere to park. Stay away, you don’t get what you pay for.

We paid for parking and left our car in front of the vila, but it ended up damaged. Stay away from this property.

The lake view was beautiful, and the place was clean. It’s close to both the lake and the town center.

A polite host and a really convenient location. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
