The bed was extremely comfortable, and otherwise the hotel was nice. But the outside lamp was so bright that it still felt like daytime with the curtains closed. I had trouble falling asleep because they didn't block enough light.

They didn't provide toilet paper, hand soap, or shampoo, and their service was just one star. I also felt sorry for them because they didn't know how to write “Mirë se erdhët,” which means Welcome.

We had a pleasant stay as a family. The staff were polite and helpful, and everything worked properly. Even though the hotel is on a very busy road, it was well insulated from noise. Our room was clean and spacious.

The owners had a great attitude and were lovely. Our room and bathroom were both large, clean, and bright. There was parking right in front on the main street. Although it calls itself a villa, the place felt like a hotel. It's a 15-minute walk to the city center and five minutes to the lake.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and kept to a high standard. It's a handy base for the main parts of the city, with the center and most clubs and cafes within walking distance.
