Villa Forest Paradise

We found the apartment so clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up that it was hard to leave. It's spacious and comfortable, in a great location, and the owners are super friendly. Best accommodation in the Ohrid area! Can't wait to visit again. Highly recommended!

The house is huge and has everything you need, plus a great view of Ohrid Lake, with Mount Galicica and its national park just opposite. It's kept perfectly clean and tidy, and the owner is welcoming and happy to help with whatever you need. Ohrid center is a 15-min drive away, while nights here are quiet and cozy for sleeping. I had a great extended weekend at Forest Paradise and would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to enjoy the lake.

The village of Peshtani was peaceful and quiet, and the community made me feel very welcome. The lake is only a minute's walk down the hill, and the sunsets from the porch are breathtaking. I stayed at Villa Forest Paradise for a month and loved it. Slave and his family were incredibly thoughtful and welcoming, and I felt right at home. The spacious apartment was beautiful and sparkling clean, with lots of plants and cozy details that made it feel fresh and sunny. In the front bedroom, I woke to an amazing lake view and sunshine. The living room also got lovely warm sun in the mornings, and the balcony was perfect for tea and yoga. I came in winter, but the weather was gorgeous, and the bedroom heater kept me warm at night. The computer Wi-Fi reaches the front porch, so it worked well as an outdoor workspace. Although Slave and his family live on the property, I still had all the privacy and quiet I wanted. Slave brought me firewood a few times so I could light a fire on colder nights. If you want quiet, nature, and lake access, this place feels perfect. I hope I can return someday!

From the balcony, the lake views are lovely, and the sunsets there are magical. The bungalow has everything you need, from a fully equipped kitchen to all the household gadgets and machines, and the bathroom is equipped too. It's a great place to spend time with your romantic partner, with thoughtful romantic touches like candles. The host was a great guy who helped carry our bags and shared tips for restaurants and places to visit. He deserves a 10, just like the accommodation.
