What stood out most was how welcoming the staff were. I was in Prilep for a running event and stayed just one night. After the run, they let me shower even though it was after checkout. The room was clean and the location was good too. Really friendly staff, I'd recommend them to anyone coming to Prilep.

The restaurant was a highlight for me, with tasty food and great service. The hotel also has lovely views over the city, which made the stay feel special. A relaxing place with a bit of luxury. I'd happily recommend it.

Getting checked in at 4am isn't easy in Prilep, but they arranged it. The room was simple and comfortable, and breakfast was really good, with freshly fried bread and coffee that kept coming. You're right in the heart of Prilep.

The espresso in the restaurant is the best in town, and the staff are excellent. Renovations are underway, and things seem to improve day by day. The parking still needs work, though: there are spaces for only 4 cars, about 100m from the hotel.

The rooms weren't cleaned every day, and the bathrooms smelled bad throughout our stay. The one bright spot was that the towels were changed every two days. Breakfast was the same each time, and when something ran out, they didn't bring more. Dinner was really expensive: pasta with dessert cost 10E, while you can get a really nice meal at a local restaurant for half that. They also charged us for dinners we hadn't had.
