The location was very convenient, and I’d happily return. The hotel has an elegant modern design, with a welcoming lobby and spacious, comfortable rooms that are very well equipped. I especially liked having a balcony. Breakfast was generally good, especially the savory choices, which were well prepared. The bakery items could be better. Apart from that, everything was excellent.

The staff took great care of me, and I appreciated the professional service and their extra kindness. Special thanks to Mr. Jovica, Mr. Emil, Mr. Bojan, Mr.Andrej, Mr. Toni, Mr. Filip, and Mr. Predrag. Mr. Andrej made each morning lovely with his warm welcome and smile, and Mr. Predrag was always kind and ready to help. It was an honor to meet Guinness Master Chef Ljupco and try his favorite beans. Mr. Dragan also stood out for his impressive, out-of-the-box thinking and extra effort. The property is lovely, with a red carpet welcome, parking, soft bedsheets, and great king size beds. Breakfast had lots of choices, including a delicious omelette with paprika. Congratulations to the management, and see you next time. We’ll choose you whenever we visit Skopje, unless you’re fully booked!

The food was disgusting: there was hair in it, some was moldy, and some was uncooked. The service was really bad too. I was accused of making noise because some kids were playing football. When I left my room, I saw the receptionist on my floor, and he kept blaming me. Then he said I would have to check out. I was furious and confused, and couldn’t process it at the time. I’d read the reviews and expected a great experience, so this was really unlikely to happen at this kind of hotel, but it didn’t turn out that way.

The spa was clean, though rather small, with 2 saunas, 2 steamrooms, and a swimming pool. The personnel were very nice and friendly. I loved the relaxing massage, it felt like a fairytale. The masseur was skilled and professional.

The room was as expected, and the location was nice, though getting there on foot wasn’t great. The SPA and breakfast were both very good.
