The first room we were shown had a clogged toilet. The cleaning staff had put toilet paper across the lid, and it was obvious the toilet was blocked when we entered. The guest guy offered to try clearing it with a brush, but couldn’t. They said there were no rooms available, although there was one, and asked us to take the key to the public toilet and use that. We refused. After they asked us for some money, they agreed to move us, saying, “Oh, there was a reservation, they didn’t come.” In the third room, dirty, thin hotel towels had been folded and left on the bed. This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve stayed in in the Balkans. The cleaning and customer service were terrible.

The breakfast was delicious, and the room was comfortable, spotless, and had stunning views. Everyone on staff made us feel welcome. All the little details came together for a memorable stay, and I’d happily recommend this hotel.

There was plenty of food to choose from at breakfast, and it was better than any buffet I’ve tried. It could easily satisfy someone who’s really hungry. The room was prepared well, the sheets and toilet were clean, and the size was just right.

We arrived at 11 p.m. after a long drive and found a room that smelled of cigarettes, with a door that looked as if someone had tried to break in. At 5:40 in the morning I realized the shower didn’t work. The only person at reception answered every question with “NO,” then walked away without saying anything, so I had no shower that morning. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:30, but by 7:35 the buffet was completely empty and the staff weren’t doing anything about it. I strongly don’t recommend this place.
10/10
The room had everything I needed and was spotless. From the moment I got there, the staff were kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience really pleasant. I’d recommend staying here, and I’m grateful for the great hospitality.
