We booked through Booking and were charged, but nobody has contacted us.

I’d never recommend booking this hotel through Booking.com. They charged our card and didn’t contact us, leaving us on the street with three children, no money and no hotel. We arrived at the address and found the keys in the door, but the place hadn’t been cleaned. Five minutes later some people turned up and kicked us out, saying they couldn’t see our reservation. They’re scammers!
