Maria at reception is among the best hotel staff I've met anywhere in the world. Exceptionally friendly and helpful, she went beyond what I expected. The hotel was wonderful, and breakfast at the Sky bar came with a lovely view.

We were upgraded to a very comfortable suite. The staff were professional, helpful, and honest. I left something really valuable in the room when we checked out; they found it, secured it in their safe, and kept it locked away until I came back to collect it. A very nice hotel, highly recommended!

The rooftop manager was impolite. Asking a client how much money they'll spend to sit at a table with a view is unprofessional for this kind of investment, and it damages the hotel's image.
