I felt well rested here, even though I stayed in peak winter. The room stayed warm day and night, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The rooms were clean and well kept, with a bathroom supplied with the essentials. Breakfast had plenty of variety, including vegetarian-friendly choices. Everyone I met on staff was skilled, polite, friendly, and accommodating. They answered my questions clearly and precisely, in a way that was easy to understand. There's a shopping center right next to the hotel, plus parking that's free for guests. I can highly recommend it.

The restaurant food was fresh and tasty, and the hotel is set up well for getting out on foot. It's in a safe, comfortable area for daily walks and recreation, with a shopping center that's part of the hotel. The city center is only about a 10-minute walk away. Staff were friendly and pleasant, with a positive attitude toward guests and a willingness to handle most requests. Hospitality and service were fantastic.

This was a comfortable, modern hotel in Skopje, and quite clean. The wifi worked well, which made me especially happy since it's the only hotel I've slept in Macedonia with functional wifi. The staff were helpful and polite. I did have a problem with the heating. Guests can't control it, and every room is heated. The only options were to open the window and get cold or close it and boil. I kept the window open just a bit with a spoon because I had no other choice. I didn't like that system.

I stayed for a week and didn't have any complaints or disappointments. The rooms were spacious, properly furnished, and everything worked as it should. Staff were kind and very friendly, and always tried to help when needed. Breakfast was very nice, with different local delicacies as well as fruit, cereal, bread, and more.
