Finding the satellite rooms took some effort, but once I located them, the stay went smoothly. They’re away from the main hotel, by the river and just above Soul Kitchen restaurant. Check-in was contactless, and the room had all the essentials, plus a comfortable bed, was clean, and had hot water. Good value. The one problem was the centrally controlled AC, which was set to heating. I called reception, but they couldn’t change it to cooling until the next day and suggested I sleep with the window open. Not the end of the world, though it’s a basic thing to be missing.

The room is tiny, and the walls let through everything from the neighbors. The shower was really dirty, with other guests’ hairs still in the bathroom and a not very clean floor. It’s okay for a short stay, but getting there was a whole ordeal. We had to check in at another hotel first, there were no proper signs, and Google Maps only confused us. It took two hours to find the room.
