We only stayed one night in winter, and our booking didn’t include breakfast, so we didn’t try the food at Art Caffe Struga. The location suited us well, right in the middle of everything, and the owner greeted us warmly. He was pleasant, hospitable, and ready to help whenever we needed something. The balcony view was amazing. At that time, they didn’t seem ready for tourists. Renovation was underway, with some new windows installed, and the rooms felt poorly decorated, as if we’d arrived halfway through the work. We didn’t use the shower, and I suspect the bathrooms were next in line for renovation. We were glad to find reasonably priced accommodation in Struga, and might return once the place is fully renovated.

The location was the one good thing. What we got didn’t match the pictures, and I was disappointed. The room wasn’t clean, the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and old, and they didn’t seem properly cleaned. There was old furniture and a broken mirror too. The place needs a major renovation. I wouldn’t recommend going until that happens.

The room was decent for the price, and the owner was very friendly and spoke fluent English. The staff, though, were quite rude and dismissive. None of them spoke English, and I felt ignored most of the time. The view was a little disappointing, probably because I hadn’t specifically asked for one overlooking the river. It was still worth the money, and I’ll probably stay again on my next visit.

Great service and a reasonable price, with rooms overlooking the river. The hotel was still being renovated when we stayed. It’s about five minutes from both the beach and the town center, and the location is excellent. The sheets were clean, though some were too short for the beds. I hope they sort that out.

The rooms were dirty and old. There was no Wi-Fi or heater, and nowhere to plug in a charger. I’d choose another motel or hotel if you’re thinking of staying here.
